Where we ship

Bead With Love ships to addresses in the United States only for v1. International shipping is on the roadmap — if you'd like to be notified when it opens up, email [email protected].

How fast we ship

Most orders go out within 2–3 business days via USPS Ground Advantage, which usually arrives in another 2–5 business days. Because every piece is packed by hand, busy weeks can stretch a day or two; if anything will take noticeably longer we will email you.

Shipping cost

• Free on orders of $50 or more (US).
• $5 flat on orders under $50 (US).

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier and tracking number as soon as the package is in USPS's hands. If a package shows as delivered but you don't see it, please wait 48 hours and check with your neighbors and local post office before contacting us — USPS occasionally marks packages early.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the package and the piece. We will replace it, repair it, or refund it — whichever you prefer.

Returns

Because every piece is one-of-a-kind and made by hand, all sales are final. We don't accept returns for fit, color preference, or change of heart. If you're unsure about sizing, please email before ordering and we'll help you choose.

Cancellations

If you change your mind within 1 hour of placing an order — and we haven't shipped yet — email us and we'll cancel and refund. Once it ships, we can't pull it back from the post office.

Lost packages

If a tracked package goes missing in transit and the carrier doesn't recover it within 21 days, we will replace or refund. We file a claim with USPS in parallel; you don't need to do anything except confirm the address.
